Add a Forum (discussion board) to a Facebook Page

First click this Link https://apps.facebook.com/forumforpages/

Click on Add Forum for Pages

Then,click add page tab

After that this window will open

Select "New Topic"

Then select,"Go to app"

Then once again this window will  open,do not panic,just click once again "New Topic"

From here you can provide a title to the topic and then you can type your post there as per your wish.And you can also choose from one of the 2 options-"Post as page" or "paste as you".
